After driving this car 2 years long since i´ve bought it,it is time for some restoring works in 2010

The last meeting of the season in Alzey

the cows were chasing me on every footstep where ever i walked or drove.And i think they hat a lot of fun .

She loved all the bugs around her

It was so amacing to see ler lough that her estimation has changed of this weekend .It was a great pleasure forme that the vintage volks became a piece of her live in this moment .It was my greatest wish that she was sharing a peace of my live ,the vintage volkswagens

Finally it´s done

After driving 160km wrong way and driven more than 500km we ´ve done the drip wich loosing more than 1 liter oil on the trip but thats hoodriding.Some others thought the captains bug should never arrive there in one peace. but ican tell them his car has brought him back to home.

My wife felt now that she his now on vacation and Molly was tired after running his longest trip in her new life after 35 years standing in a backyard.Brave girl my bug

here i had to check some problems of blubbering oil coming out from the generator mountings.It is just stupid when you use the wrong shims

On the way to the bugshow she was thinking of a boring weekend .But look in this eyes she can´t belive what she was seeing around her ,just a big family a they were so cool.

This car was build completly in less then 10 weeks on my own with the help from the Käferstation Mühlheim .

A special thanks to my friends for helping me on this fantastic project,building my dreamcar.I had  to modify the engjne many times that it was running like today.more then 200 hours of work in repairing the ever returning oil leaks and the big damage of the screw threads from the oilpump it was like a nightmare for me but finally the engine is tightend and leaks no oil anymore.
